The Next Gen Raptor is equipped with the best LED headlights on a Ranger to date; however, with ADR lumen limits, there’s still a lot to be desired for both lumen volume and distance, especially in higher speed, Baja conditions. Our solution? A bespoke kit to mount our renowned 32″ Double Row Commander LED Light bar behind the grille, boasting a near four-fold lux increase with factory integration to the Auxiliary switches.

This light bar promises a flawless fit on your Raptor without any need for modifications or extra parts. For effortless installation, we’ve included heat shrink to connect the light bar directly to either channel 5 or 6 Auxiliary output in the engine bay. Command your lights from within the cabin with the built-in factory rocker switch.

We’ve adhered to ADR regulations: our light bar synchronises with high beam when the Aux 5 or 6 switch is on, while ensuring it stays off when the aux switch is not in use.

Experience Unmatched Brightness! Our intensive testing demonstrated that the factory high beam achieved 1900 peak lux. But, with the Commander 32″ Light Bar in action, we witnessed a staggering rise to 7200 lux. That’s a solid fourfold increase in brightness at any range, enhancing visibility and boosting your confidence while navigating the most challenging terrains.

Precision, Perfection, and Performance The journey to this innovation saw us create over a dozen bracket designs. Using state-of-the-art 3D scanning and printing technology, we insisted on ultra-fine fitment tolerances. We take pride in being the pioneers of integrating a double row light bar onto the Raptor, all thanks to our relentless pursuit of perfection. Please note: The fitment is tight, with minor interference between the light bar and the grille. Nonetheless, all panels can be smoothly refitted, clipped into place, and fasteners reconnected with some components touching.

Simply connect the input wires from the light bar to the existing outputs in the engine bay of your raptor with the included heat shrink for an effortless setup! Custom mounting brackets included. Just BYO – 8mm and 10mm socket set to remove grille and mount brackets.

5700K – HYPERWHITE, DAYLIGHT.

With a slightly warmer colour temperature than the factory LED headlights, the Hybrid 32″ provides excellent colour rendering with genuine Osram LEDs. This warmer colour temp is superb for penetrating Baja dust conditions without the glare.
